But why pay if you can do it for free?
We packed our own sandwich, hitchhiked, and in less than 30 mins we were in the start of the trail.
Fran: “We are here in Laguna Esmeralda in Ushuaia”
The hike was easy and beautiful with panoramic views, rivers, birds, and some wildlife.
Marco: “We just saw a fox!”.
It was our first time to see a Patagonia Grey Fox. It was beautiful!
After 2 hours of trekking, we arrived at an enchanting emerald lagoon
surrounded by forest, glaciers, and majestic mountains.
We stayed there for as long as we wanted, ate our sandwich, and enjoyed its beauty.
We hitchhiked again going back to the city, got home before sunset, and
this whole experience didn’t cost us $0.
We realized that money can make the things easier like paying for these tour packages
but it removes the adventure, the freedom, and the magic of traveling.

¿Pero por qué pagar si podes hacerlo gratis?
Armamos nuestros sándwichs, hicimos dedo, y en menos de 30 minutos estábamos
en el inicio del sendero.

La caminata fue fácil y hermosa, con vistas panorámicas, ríos, aves y algo de vida silvestre.

Fue nuestra primera vez viendo un zorro patagónico. ¡Fue hermoso!
Después de 2 horas de caminata, llegamos a una encantadora laguna de color esmeralda.
Rodeada de bosques, glaciares y montañas majestuosas.
Nos quedamos ahí todo el tiempo que quisimos, almorzarmos y disfrutamos de su belleza.
De vuelta a la ciudad volvimos a hacer dedo, llegamos a casa antes del atardecer,
y toda esta experiencia nos costó 0 dinero.
Nos dimos cuenta de que el dinero puede facilitar las cosas, como pagar por estos paquetes turísticos,
pero elimina la aventura, la libertad y la magia de viajar.
No dejes que el dinero te impida tener experiencias increíbles.
