We met because of traveling. From opposite sides of the world (The Philippines and Argentina) but united because of traveling. We experienced international dates in many different parts of the world (India, Thailand, Brazil, Argentina, etc) and we went through a long-distance relationship until in 2017 we decided to make traveling our lifestyle and discover new passions along the way. We made the decision, started planning, and saving, and then in 2018, we quit our corporate jobs.

For us traveling is more than places to be discovered, it’s a way to discover ourselves, widen our horizon, and learn a new way to see the world. It’s a way of life with more freedom where you can combine all your passions.
Since day number 1, we decided traveling was an investment for us. We decided to invest in traveling the world, on learning new skills, on starting the business we always wanted. We decided to invest in ourselves and to build the life of our dreams. And like any investment, it takes time, work, patience, and, ups and downs to see results. We are very used to investing in things like a house or a car because it’s something tangible and easy but we forget that the first thing we need to invest in is ourselves.

We started this journey not sure of many things but with the certainty that it was possible to live our lives in a different and more fulfilling and exciting way. This journey brought us to see our fears and obstacles as opportunities to be prepared and move forward, change beliefs and habits, and live with purpose. Every day we are more and more in love with our lives, this journey showed us that it is possible.

After living in Chicago and working as an Agile Coach and Senior Project Manager for Accenture for more than 15 years I decided to give up my corporate life and go for my dream of traveling the world and living an ordinary life in an extraordinary way. I always dreamed about the thrill of the open road and the freedom that comes with it, so I went for it! I love billiards, adventure, technology, and solving analytical problems. When it comes to miles, I consider myself an expert! I don’t pay for flights since 2015.

Discover – Discover always something new. Discover what you want by listening to yourself, writing a journal, taking coaching sessions, challenging yourself, etc. It’s ok if you don’t know yet what you want right now, we’re a constant change this is why is important to listen to ourselves.
Move – Take the leap. Trust yourself. Keep in mind your purpose. Create your own formula. Remove the blockers that are stopping you from where you want to go. Be agile. Start, make mistakes and get feedback and lessons learned early.
Enjoy – Enjoy the journey including the ups and downs. Being happy is not just good moments but includes failures. Be grateful. Be positive. Dream big. You deserve it.
