It’s about 5,800 km., which is longer than driving USA from coast to coast.
We made this decision because we want to do something challenging, something we’ve never done before.
So, instead of using money and sitting on the bus for hours, we would rather
use our time, take it slow, and have fun meeting strangers.
We researched, prepared, and to be able to do this, Marco needs a Chilean visa.
Although Ushuaia is in Argentina, it is not connected to the mainland of Argentina and
we’ll need to cross into Chile.
Fran: We’re going to hitchhike around Argentina , so we’ll need a tent. Come with us!
It’s a really long route with many deserted areas so we might
need to camp along the road sometimes.
We got the tent!
We don’t know how this will go and we know that there may be risks involved
but we’re sure and we trust that with patience and positive attitude, we’re ready to hitchhike
the whole Argentina!

Son aproximadamente 5,800 kms. Lo que es más largo que conducir EE. UU. de costa a costa.
Tomamos esta decisión porque queremos hacer algo desafiante, algo que nunca antes hayamos hecho.
Así que, en lugar de usar dinero y estar sentado en el colectivo por horas, preferimos
usa nuestro tiempo, tomarlo con calma, y divertirnos conociendo extraños.
Investigamos, nos preparamos, y para poder hacer esto, Marco necesita una visa chilena.
Porque aunque Ushuaia está en Argentina, no está conectada al resto del continente Argentino
y tendremos que cruzar por Chile.
Fran: Vamos a hacer dedo por Argentina, así que vamos a necesitar una carpa. Acompananos!
Es una ruta realmente larga con muchas áreas desiertas, por lo que es posible
que tengamos que acampar a lo largo de la ruta a veces.
Conseguimos la carpa!
No sabemos cómo va a salir esto y sabemos que hay un par de riesgos involucrados.
¡Pero estamos seguros y confiamos que con paciencia y actitud positiva, estamos listos
para hacer dedo por Argentina de punta a punta!
